Cliff has been involved in management, design and production of Video, Broadcast TV, and interactive Multi-media projects for the past 18 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of production -- including production co-ordination, scripting, graphic design, shooting, directing, editing, soundtrack, photography and has brought together and managed teams of technical and creative people for a wide range of major communications campaigns. Target is especially passionate about Museum and Interpretative Centre work.

Theatre Design
Target was involved in the design and implementation of a four-screen Theatre with special effects lighting inside a "Pit House" Diorama in the Nk'Mip Heritage Centre in Osoyoos, B.C.
Cliff worked with the technical equipment suppliers in the programming of the fully automated 70 seat High Definition Theatre.
Target also sourced and installed an interactive th
eatre system for the Qualicum Beach Museum.
Mobile Device programming for Video and Audio Guides
Target is worked with the Parksville Qualicum Tourism Ass, Qualicum Beach Museum, Chamber of Commerce, Town of Qualicum Beach, and the business community on an initiative to create a self-guided Historic Tour of Qualicum Beach & Parksville using QR codes and Mobile phone technology that quickly links the user to more information & the stakeholder's website.
Search Engine Optimization
YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world.
